Where to Buy

We understand not everyone shops online (…yet) and that some products you can’t or don’t want to wait for. The Where to Buy journey enables shoppers to find out where to shop in store while on the go, following 4 easy steps:

1. Use Current Location or Enter a Postcode

2. Select a Product

3. Select Local Store

4. Get Directions/Call The Store/Click and Collect

It doesn’t even have to be retailers, it could for example highlight local vets, bars or events.

This journey can be utilised as a stand alone or in partnership with the Add to Basket or Buy Now journey - giving the shopper the ultimate choice as to whether they want to shop on or offline.
